Hello folks, our aim is to create the perfect product for your fur baby, therefore we request to double check the size of our products just before hitting the confirm button.However, if your fur-baby or you are not satisfied with the product , please let us know how could we make it right.

Returns & Exchange:

Please follow the following path to return any order

  • You can return items within 50 days of purchase with the original receipt.

  • We won't accept any returns after 50 days of the original receipt.

  • Return shipping is customer‑paid, except when we’ve made a mistake. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, Paws Valley will provide a free return label.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item and are issued to the original form of payment

  • Return & Exchange is not possible for customized products
